In no event shall we be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, whether based on a claim or action of any kind, including but not limited to contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise.

Intellectual Property

The Property's name, logo, and other intellectual property rights are owned by us and may not be used without prior written permission.

Changes and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or change any aspect of our services at any time without notice, including but not limited to gaming rules, hours of operation, and facilities.

Termination

Your access to the Property's premises and use of our services may be terminated by us immediately upon your failure to comply with these terms and conditions.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saskatchewan, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions or principles.

Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration association based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada.

Severability

If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be modified or severed to the extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable, while the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between us and you regarding your use of our services at the Property.

By entering into this contract or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions, and agree to comply with them.
